Q) How much is my dress going to be?
A) Price is based on age and dimensions; please send us your age and basic measurements and we can quote you a price.
Q) How much is the deposit?
A) The (non-refundable) deposit is £300 sterling for a solo dress, £50 for a waistcoat and £100 for a class costume. Please note orders are not placed until a deposit is received.
Q) What are the payment methods?
A) We take credit card (MasterCard or Visa only), cheque, cash, bank draft and bank transfer.
Q) Are crystals included?
No, they are extra – you can add as few or as many as you like and we can advise you on positions, colours and costs.
Q) How much is a hairband?
A one-colour padded hair band is £25 including scattered crystals.
Q) Do I receive kick pants?
Yes, they come as standard.
Q) How much is shipping?
Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is £120 sterling, fully insured.
Shipping to the ROI and the UK mainland is £30, fully insured.
Q) How long does shipping usually take?
Usually 2-3 working days for the US, 4-5 for Canada and Australia, 2 days for ROI and UK.
Q) Will I have a say in my costume?
Yes, you can provide as little or as much input as you want. Our design team are very experienced and can offer you lots of advice.
Q) Can I come for a consultation?
Yes, or you can send the details via email. We have a detailed measurement guide which is easy to follow and we can offer you any help you need.
Q) How long is it between consultation and collection?
Usually 4-6 weeks, depending upon the time of year.
Q) What if I want an extra shawl?
Yes, this is possible but there is an additional charge.
